Just because you don’t get to speak to them first hand doesn’t mean your efforts will go unnoticed.

Be Genuine

With whatever mode of communication you opt for in keeping your customers in the loop - be it mail, be it social media - make it genuine. People appreciate speaking to a human not a wall of business spiel. For example, if they’re having a problem don’t simply direct them to a FAQ page, people will remember and note the effort a company go to in an effort to keep them happy.

Customers are the life blood of any business so make sure they know you truly appreciate them. A little goes a long way when it comes to building customer loyalty so make sure you give your valued customers an appreciative nod of the head, no matter how small.
