Current UK Commercial Property Outlook Is Just the Beginning

The current positive mood surrounding commercial property in the UK has been well documented both in the news and on our blog in recent months, but according to professional predictions the future doesn’t hold an inevitable downturn from these heady heights, but instead looks more like offering performance levels that actually represent further improvements.

Over 80% of UK luminaries in the real estate industry expect that the UK commercial market will continue to flourish over the next three to six months, and these raised values are becoming evident in areas outside of London too, so as we have related previously it is not only the capital that is taking centre stage, but the country as a whole.

Property Wire relates how a full 90% of large businesses are backing the further expansion of UK commercial property, whereas only 38% of such entities were displaying levels of optimism like this 12 months ago. The confidence appears to have stemmed from the rising values of property across the board in the UK, and more than 50% of fund managers and large businesses are expecting to make new property investments in the coming months.

Apparently, the stronger economic situation has also been instrumental in bolstering confidence in the UK real estate scene, but many people are now looking away from London and the South East when it comes to garnering the most lucrative investments. There is a growing attitude that assets in London and the South East are too highly priced in relation to stock across other UK regions, and enthusiasm is now waxing for commercial property outside of London.

Here at Prideview Properties, we specialise in helping those who are looking for investment property in London, and we have more than 20 years of experience when it comes to the commercial property sector. Even during the recession period, we were able to consistently meet the needs of any client who was looking for commercial property, and our assistance is just as effective in this currently booming climate.

Although the problems of a property boom are very different to the obstacles posed within a recession environment, we are able to guide you through the property investment process now with just as much expertise as we displayed in harder times. It’s very easy to make the wrong call in a competitive commercial property market like London, so be sure to come to us with all of your needs relating to the acquisition, management and sale of commercial property.
