Mark Hoffman

Mark Hoffman FRICS joins the Prideview group having had over 25 years experience in the acquisition and disposal of commercial property throughout the UK.

Mark originally joined the graduate training programme at Jones Lang LaSalle before moving to join the investment team at Keneth Peters where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor.

Mark and his father Peter set up their own investment agency (Hoffman Partners) and Property management business (Welbeck Asset Management) in 2005 and ran this until 2017.

He has acted for a variety of high net worth individuals, private property companies and pension funds in his career and notable transactions include the acquisition of the Post Office site on New Oxford St for £110,000,000 and the purchase and subsequent sale of an office building on Eastbourne Terrace, Paddington for £54,000,000 and sale for £75,000,000.

More recently he acted for a pension fund on the acquisition of 3 student accommodation blocks in Birmingham, Dundee and Edinburgh for £50,000,000

Mark is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an experienced APC Assessor and Panel Chairman. He has mentored over 1000 candidates through the APC process
