  • Following the best Q1 in 9 years for UK commercial property and the pro-business election result, UK consumer confidence has reportedly hit the pre-crisis levels of 2006.
  • We are marketing a freehold, unbroken parade in Harlow town centre which has asset management and development potential, as well as a Lloyds Pharmacy in Hull, several Industrial parks and a Foxtons in Balham, South London.
  • Recent deals done in the last quarter include a Morrisons M Local with a 15 year lease in Chelmsford and a McColls with a 20 yr lease near Birmingham both at approx. 6% GIY.
