Jesal Patel

Principal

Jesal honed his property skills at Harman Healy and CBGA Property Agents before joining Prideview in 2004. He is an excellent appraiser of a deal and can rapid decision-maker. Today he is our ‘man in the room’ (even if that’s online or on the phone!), bidding on hundreds of millions of pounds worth of property on behalf of his broad client base. If you are thinking of buying or selling in Auction in particular, it pays to talk to him first.

He also is responsible for sourcing and managing development, value-add and asset-management opportunities and has a wealth of experience in Planning & Development. Vishal Patel

Principal
After graduating in Real Estate & Investment, Vishal worked at Allsops and Nelson Bakewell (now part of Savills) and then joined Prideview in 2003. Vishal excelled in building his own network and placing property deals – if there is a deal out there for you, he will find it, so make sure you let him know your exact requirement or Register your profile with us here. He has been instrumental in building our leading position in the market for Convenience Stores and whilst he continues to focus on Acquiring blue-chip investments from £1M upwards, he is also active in the market for Investments, Hotels, Offices, Residential Blocks and Central London property above £5m up to £100M. Nilesh Patel

Principal

Nilesh qualified as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG before joining Prideview, and aside from managing the company finances & Insurance service, he is the first point of contact for first-time and smaller private investors. He is responsible for our Marketing approach, and to keep our communications with investors relevant, he has designed one of the most sophisticated communications systems in our industry – to be a part of it, all you have to do is Register here.

As a Director of the company, he takes pride in editing all our publications and website content, so that investors know what they read comes from someone with substantial commercial property investment experience. Being a naturally outgoing person, he has also worked hard to establish The Prideview Cricketers’ Cup as the charity cricket day for the property industry, as well as organise a number of events and seminars such as our annual Property Investors’ Dinner.

PRIYEN Patel

Principal

After graduating with a Masters in Real Estate & Investment, and learning his trade managing the entire property portfolio of Barts & The London NHS, Priyen joined Prideview in 2008 and set up Pride Management, which now Manages approx. £50M worth of commercial property. Clients that buy properties through Prideview count on his team time and again to ensure their rents are collected, their tenants are kept in check and their properties are secured. He also is responsible for sourcing and managing development, value-add and asset-management opportunities and has a wealth of experience in Planning & Development. Shailesh Patel

Founder
Shailesh has been actively buying and selling investment property since the early 80’s, meanwhile building the Prideview Group’s portfolio to multi-million pound levels. Thanks to his vast network and unique nature he remains a renowned personality in the UK’s commercial auction rooms.

Rajendra Patel

Founder
In 30 years Raj, in partnership with Shailesh, has built Prideview from scratch into the success it is today. Thanks to his accounting background and entrepreneurial nature, his ability and appetite to take calculated risks is perhaps his biggest strength. Despite losing his eyesight several years ago, he has pushed on with his vision to build Prideview into an international operation, identifying and managing investments overseas in India, Spain and the UAE, as well as providing an excellent service for Foreign Investors in UK property. He is an inspiration to us all and an extremely well-respected figurehead in the UK and Indian property community.

Pritesh Patel

Director
After graduating in Law from Bristol University, Pritesh pursued a career in the commercial property Insurance sector. Most recently he was a senior account manager with our property Insurance partners in the City of London, where he developed an excellent grounding in property risk appraisal. He joined Prideview in early 2016 and swiftly moved up the ranks to Director and is responsible for handling the affairs of a large number of our private clients. He has done over 150 deals at Prideview with a deal value in excess of £150M and is very well qualified to handle your acquisition or disposal requirements.

Mark Hoffman

Associate Director - Investment
Mark Hoffman FRICS joins the Prideview group having had over 25 years experience in the acquisition and disposal of commercial property throughout the UK. After starting out at Jones Lang LaSalle, Mark and his father Peter set up their own investment agency (Hoffman Partners) and Property management business (Welbeck Asset Management) in 2005 and ran this until 2017. He has acted for a variety of high net worth individuals, private property companies and pension funds and notable transactions include the acquisition of the Post Office site on New Oxford St for £110,000,000 and the purchase and subsequent sale of an office building on Eastbourne Terrace, Paddington for £54,000,000 and sale for £75,000,000

SEJAL KAMANI

Senior Associate – Investment
Sejal joined the Prideview Group in 2020 having completed 12 years in Investment Banking for a leading Global bank. He is a certified Black Belt Lean Six Sigma professional specialising in improving revenue; reducing costs; increasing customer satisfaction; streamlining front to back processes & improving employee engagement. Sejal has established himself as the first point of contact for first-time buyers within the UK commercial property. He has recently completed a number of Convenience store transactions in Greater London which required attention to detail, patience and persistence. All of which are attributes that he displays in his day to day role.

He has a natural ability to manage buyers and sellers expectations, interpret legal jargon and get deals to completion and is a friendly and honest character who is always available for a chat!

Eva Olah

Senior Associate - Management

Eva is a Certified Accountant with extremely strong analytical and organisation skills and an extremely professional manner.

She started with us in 2013 and since then has become the primary contact for our Insured clients with ca. £500m of sums insured and also handles Prideview’s banking relationships with a number of lenders and brokers active in the finance space.

Bhavesh Kapadia

Financial Controller
Bhavesh has worked for Prideview Group since the 1990s and has extensive experience in property accountancy, taxation, structuring, joint ventures and company formations. He is a fountain of accounting knowledge and many of our clients rely on him for tidy bookkeeping for their investment portfolios. He is a hard-working and extremely trust-worthy individual and recently completed 30 years of service with the Prideview Group, something we all hugely appreciate. 

KATHERINE MAMARIL

Office Manager

Katherine joined the Prideview Group in July 2023 and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the office and organising our events. She will also be assisting the Insurance Team.  Her skills have been recognised and utilised during a career spanning over 15 years in the property sector. 

She possesses meticulous organisation and research skills,  along with the ability to multitask a wide variety of project management and tasks. Katherine prides herself on being emotionally intelligent with the ability to see ahead, ensure that plans are executed expeditiously whilst thriving under pressure and deadlines.

Juan Compressed

JUAN FERNANDO GALUE

Studio Manager - Architecture

Juan’s professional career as an architect in the UK expands for over 18 years, working for an array of practices in London.

During this time, he has worked in the high-end residential market, commercial and hotel design, and a number of development schemes within the UK, Ireland and Dubai.

With a BA in Architecture and a keen interest in bespoke design, he is now a core member of the recent JV between Prideview and Cordage Group’s aimed at providing architectural & planning services for the London area.

KAPIL PANKHANIA

Associate - Management

Kapil joined Prideview Group in 2023 and is responsible for full asset management and rent collection throughout the whole companies internal, and on behalf of our diverse client base of investors based in both the UK and overseas.

He is an ambitious and highly motivated professional, who deals with colleagues / clients and tenants in a confident manner. He has excellent verbal and written communication skills with extensive experience in asset management, using his specialist skills learnt at Hunters Estates Agent, single-handedly managing over 250+ properties over 9 years.
