With 20 out the world’s tallest 100 buildings, Dubai is one of the most fascinating property hotspots around. After experiencing a boom of unrivalled proportions, the market abruptly crashed in 2008 as the world economy went into recession.

The residential market in particular is performing well, whilst the retail market has also remained buoyant. The office market has since stabilised but still faces a large oversupply.
