Jesal honed his property skills at Harman Healy and CBGA Property Agents before joining Prideview in 2004. He is an excellent appraiser of a deal and can rapid decision-maker. Today he is our ‘man in the room’ (even if that’s online or on the phone!), bidding on hundreds of millions of pounds worth of property on behalf of his broad client base. Nilesh qualified as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG before joining Prideview, and aside from managing the company finances & Insurance service, he is the first point of contact for first-time and smaller private investors. As a Director of the company, he takes pride in editing all our publications and website content, so that investors know what they read comes from someone with substantial commercial property investment experience. Being a naturally outgoing person, he has also worked hard to establish The Prideview Cricketers’ Cup as the charity cricket day for the property industry, as well as organise a number of events and seminars such as our annual Property Investors’ Dinner.
After graduating with a Masters in Real Estate & Investment, and learning his trade managing the entire property portfolio of Barts & The London NHS, Priyen joined Prideview in 2008 and set up Pride Management, which now Manages approx. £50M worth of commercial property. Dilip is a Senior Consultant in our Dealing team who joined Prideview in 2016 and hit £100M in done deals in 2022 – a fantastic achievement.
Dilip is a highly experienced investment sales professional who honed his skills and network working as a trader in the City for ca. 15 years where we worked for a number of firms including Panmure Gordon. He has seen first-hand investment market conditions before and after the credit crunch of 2008 and since Brexit, and with Prideview’s access to off-market stock and HNW investors, he has excelled in the commercial property arena.

Eva is a Certified Accountant with extremely strong analytical and organisation skills and an extremely professional manner.
She started with us in 2013 and since then has become the primary contact for our Insured clients with ca. £500m of sums insured and also handles Prideview’s banking relationships with a number of lenders and brokers active in the finance space.
Katherine joined the Prideview Group in July 2023 and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the office and organising our events. She will also be assisting the Insurance Team. Her skills have been recognised and utilised during a career spanning over 15 years in the property sector.
She possesses meticulous organisation and research skills, along with the ability to multitask a wide variety of project management and tasks. Katherine prides herself on being emotionally intelligent with the ability to see ahead, ensure that plans are executed expeditiously whilst thriving under pressure and deadlines.
Juan’s professional career as an architect in the UK expands for over 18 years, working for an array of practices in London.
During this time, he has worked in the high-end residential market, commercial and hotel design, and a number of development schemes within the UK, Ireland and Dubai.
With a BA in Architecture and a keen interest in bespoke design, he is now a core member of the recent JV between Prideview and Cordage Group’s aimed at providing architectural & planning services for the London area.

Kapil joined Prideview Group in 2023 and is responsible for full asset management and rent collection throughout the whole companies internal, and on behalf of our diverse client base of investors based in both the UK and overseas.
He is an ambitious and highly motivated professional, who deals with colleagues / clients and tenants in a confident manner. He has excellent verbal and written communication skills with extensive experience in asset management, using his specialist skills learnt at Hunters Estates Agent, single-handedly managing over 250+ properties over 9 years.
Max is the Director of Prideview Israel, are latest foray into the Israeli market.
His goal is to represent Israeli investors targetting the UK market whilst also working with UK funds and property investors in order to source off market opportunities for his clients.
He is based in Tel Aviv, Israel and also has a family home in Manchester where is often able to meet our clients based in Northern England.
