Our very own Nilesh Raj Patel, Principal at the Prideview Group, was Highly Commended at this year’s LandAid Awards held on the 30th November 2023.
Nominated for Fundraiser of the Year, Nilesh has been instrumental in ensuring our #PrideviewCricket Cup is not only an enjoyable day, but that it raises a huge amount of funds for charities in the UK and abroad.
The 2023 #PridevewCricket event saw a whopping £35,000 raised, of which £10,000 was donated to LandAid. Off the back of this, Prideview became a Foundation Partner to LandAid, signalling our commitment to get more involved with events in the future, as well as continue to work with LandAid’s other partners to help end youth homeslessness.
Nilesh’s commendation wasn’t just for the donation, but also for raising awareness about LandAid to new audiences, which haven’t previously been associated with the charity.
Of course, our annual cricket event wouldn’t be possible without the rest of the Prideview team, all our sponsors and supporters who continue to show up year after year and dig deep to support our chosen charities.
Well done to Nilesh and everyone else who was highly commended and awarded as winners last night. It’s a huge privilege to be in a position to support an array of charities making a difference to numerous young lives. Thanks to LandAid for hosting an impactful evening – the hard work continues!
