WE will move fast for the right opportunity

We are specifically looking for freehold buildings’ worth more than £5M in 2019. We are very interested in high street and town centre properties in the SouthEast worth £2M to £20M. For an example of the sorts of transactions we are looking for here, please look at our work for Argos in Deptford, London.
We are also interested in large retail or property that could also be split into different uses.For this type of property, we look nationwide up to £50M.
Anything with break-up potential and nationwide up to £50M will garner our interest here.
We look nationwide for these opportunities and expect minimum unexpired lease term of five years (with no breaks) or short leases with re-gear opportunities. We are urgently looking for properties with leaseswith less than 10-years unexpiredterm on them to meet the needs of Iceland, McDonalds, Kwik Fit, Wetherspoons, Co-op Food andMcColls. We’re interested in developmental opportunities such as turning offices or industrial property into residential units. We prefer to operate in north andwest London, but we will also consider other parts of London. Properties should be without planning but have potential for conversion or re-developing and must value up to £10M. You can view some examples here.
We’re interested in prime locations or Public Limited Company covenants (PLCS) on long leases up to £50M.
Any tenant or lease length will be considered. The property would preferably have upper levels and be worth up to £5M.
We’re interested in doctor’s surgeries, dental practices, pharmacies and opticians nationwide. They could be let to independents or national chains, such as Lloyds Pharmacy, Boots or the NHS. Up to £5M.
Convenience stores such as Tesco Express, Sainsbury’s Local, Co-op Food, McColls or Iceland always catch our eye. We are interested in chain restaurants, such as Pizza Express, Nando’s, Prezzo or McDonalds. Properties with potential for conversion to supermarkets are also welcome, for example vacant pubs. We look nationwide and up to £5M for this type of property.
