The event, which was filmed live, was oversubscribed and turned out to be one of the best attended events of 2020 in the commercial property market.

Around 600 people registered comprising investors, agents & industry professionals, with half that amount watching live and the remainder watching the recording at their convenience.
The event was framed around a poll conducted on registration (the result of which can be seen on this pie chart) and our answers to over 100 questions on commercial property investment that were submitted in advance.
Two further survey questions were put to all registrants, with some interesting results which were analysed in detail using examples from the 50 deals we have done between March – October 2020 (download this document here):

- Which property sector(s) offers the best Value-Add Potential? (e.g. Re-letting, Changing Use, Re-Planning or Redeveloping)
The presenters were Nilesh Patel, Pritesh Patel, Mark Hoffman, with Jesal Patel joining the panel debate at the end. In addition Prideview’s Vishal Nagla as well as a number of property agents pre-recorded answers to some of the questions posed by attendees.
