Prideview Place Officially Launched in Style!

As we are you sure you know, we don’t do things in half measures!

So there was going to be no exception for the launch of our 5th office in our 37 year journey – Prideview Place – which saw Stanmore Broadway momentarily brought to a standstill when our Chairman Raj Patel cut the ribbon amongst plumes of orange smoke!

Whilst we have hundreds of clients, agents and associates we would have loved to invite, due to numbers we kept it to family and close business partners, but nevertheless look forward to welcoming all of our clients by appointment or at our monthly breakfast and drinks meets which we shall be hosting going forwards.

We hope Stanmore’s iconic, gateway landmark is a fitting new home for the Blue Chip Investor and proves a fantastic addition to the UK real estate investment scene. It truly epitomises the modern office with its state of the art technology, ample break out spaces and the ideal location of being close enough to home to not have to work from home!

Having acquired the site back in 2016 when it was the Crazy Horse pub, we went through various planning hurdles before we landing on a design that worked. Buildworks commenced as Covid-19 bit in 2020 and after about a year and a half we were home. The site also includes 13 flats above and to the rear and additional office space on the 1st floor which is available for hot desk use and collaborative working purposes with key partners.
