We are delighted to announce the latest addition to the Prideview team, industry heavyweight Mark Hoffman FRICs.

With over 25 years’ experience acquiring and disposing of UK commercial property, we are pleased to welcome Mark as a Director of our Investment team.

Mark started out in Jones Lang LaSalle’s graduate training programme before joining the investment team at Kenneth Peters where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor.

He then went on to set up his own investment agency, Hoffman Partners,  and property management business, Welbeck Asset Management, in 2005 alongside his Father which they successfully ran until they sold up in 2017.

Mark has acted for a variety of high net worth individuals, private property companies and pension funds in his career.

His notable transactions include the acquisition of the Post Office site on New Oxford Street for £110,000,000 and the purchase of an office building on Eastbourne Terrace, Paddington for £54,000,000 and its subsequent sale for £75,000,000.

More recently he acted for a pension fund on the acquisition of 3 student accommodation blocks in Birmingham, Dundee and Edinburgh for £50,000,000.

At Prideview Group, Mark will be mandated to source larger investment & value-add opportunities nationwide from £5m – £50m for our growing pool of retained clients.

Mark is also Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an experienced APC Assessor and Panel Chairman. He has mentored over 1,000 candidates through the APC process and continues to support many young graduates entering the world of property.
